Halloween

Better late than never!  Happy Halloween everyone!  

New Canvas Art

Hi, this is my first venture into the world of canvas.  Seeing my work reproduced on a new medium was exciting.  I was really pleased with how it turned out.  I made two to sell, I wonder how they will be received?? 

What you Dream Flower

This is a photo that I have been playing. I took the picture and then added it to a program called ProCreate.  There I changed and painted the color of the background to pink and added some pink into the flower and changed the texture of the petals.  Then added my calligraphy on top.
"What you dream, you create,
What you think, you attract,
What you imagine, you become."

Repainted bird and success

Here is the finished saying of success with a repainted bird and leaves.  The leaves helped out the composition of the bird, I think.  Have a good weekend everyone.  

Little Bird

Today I painted a picture of a little bird for a new saying.  The completed saying will have to wait for a couple of days but here is the bird.  I hope you have a great day!

Guest Artist, Pottery Place Plus, Spokane, WA

This month I was asked to be one of the guests artists at a local artisan cooperative.  On the first Friday of every month, all the wineries and art galleries are open late for people to mingle and go from one to the other.  I used to belong to this gallery and it is very fun to be a guest artist for the month of October.  The second photo shows some of my handmade books.  Have a great week, everyone.
