Even though I have not been posting much lately, I have been so busy in the studio.  I made one hundred sets of "Think Good Thoughts" and for the last month I have been working on an illustrated book for a customer.  A love story of her 50 years of marriage.  So sweet.  I did this prayer today for another customer.  Have a great day!

Impeded Stream

This poem came from a friend's blog.  The images and words moved me so that I had to letter it.  I seem to be in that place where I don't know where the journey is going.  Just waiting on the Lord to see where He leads me.

Jeremiah 29:11

This is a new design I just finished today.  It is going to hang in my office and also have some other plans for it as well.  It has a combination of Italic Calligraphy and brush lettering and a splash of watercolor background.  The finished piece is 4 inches by 14 inches, long and skinny.

Scripture Verse

This is a drawing and lettering I did for a new greeting card.  These little flowers are called Agapanthus.  Actually I had never heard of them before but I love the color so thought I would try painting them.  The Scripture verse is from Philippians 1:3-4 but the translation is from the New Jerusalem Bible.  I love the translation of this particular verse with the joy.  Have a great day!
