I recently made a little book with my friend Maude. The book was made using 6 black paper bags from the Celebrate It Collection found at Michaels. I made a little video of the book showing each page. I loved making this book and adding the many, many layers. Mostly I loved spending two days with my friend, Maude. I am having trouble posting the video so have no idea if this will work or not. I will post it and see. It is a silent video. (:

Hi Jan. The video is working, and your Birdsong book is just lovely. Did you make this for someone? Whoever gets this book will love it, and it you keep it yourself, you have a wonderful keepsake. I think I need to look for those black bags a Michaels and try something similar. Thanks for sharing, and I'm glad you had a chance to spend time with your friend, Maude. Linda E.
